RapidReport provides automated business reporting and dashboard generation based on user-provided spreadsheet files (.xlsx, .csv).

3. User Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not persistently store raw uploaded files after processing. You agree not to upload files containing Protected Health Information (PHI) or content violating local laws.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. To request a refund, please contact support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure our automated metrics are highly accurate, we are not liable for business decisions made based on reports generated by the Service.
