Privacy Policy

At RapidReport, we understand that the spreadsheet data you upload contains sensitive business intelligence. Security and privacy are built into our architecture from day one.

1. We Do Not Store Your Data

When you upload an Excel or CSV file to RapidReport, the file is securely transmitted using TLS encryption. Our servers process the file entirely in memory to generate your charts and dashboards.

  • Instant Deletion. Once the report is generated, the original raw file is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our processing queue within milliseconds. We do not keep backups or logs of your raw data.
  • No Human Access. No human employee or contractor at RapidReport ever has access to view your uploaded spreadsheets.

2. Account Information

If you create an account to manage billing or saved dashboard layouts (not data, just layouts), we store your email address, name, and encrypted password. We use Stripe for payment processing and never have access to your raw credit card numbers.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal cookies necessary for session management and basic anonymous analytics to understand how our site is used. We do not use intrusive third-party ad trackers.
